Janice Kennedy

Born and raised in Hertfordshire, Janice moved to Berkshire in 2004 and then further west to Pendock in 2015. Although the move to Worcestershire was a leap of faith, she has enjoyed being part of the community and learning about country life and making new friends.

Prior to becoming a councillor in 2023, she was Parish Clerk to both Pendock and Berrow Parish Councils.

Having worked in the telecommunications industry all her working life, Janice is now semi-retired and is the Company Secretary at the business she runs with her husband Andy, whom she met whilst working for BT. She is also a governor at Pendock CE Primary School.

In her spare time Janice enjoys going on holidays, looking after her chickens, eating out, Parkruns and walking her wired-haired dachshund, Kili. She also has a cat, Meeko, and is currently training to be a beekeeper.
